Cafe Mooney Bay Restaurant:  This restaurant is seasonal and is located at Mooney Bay Marina less than a mile from the lodge.  Offers wonderful views of Lake Champlain and the marina.    Casual outdoor seating and finer dining inside..  (518) 561-0140.  Call first for hours

Dominics Restaurant:  Dominic’s offers an Italian cuisine that features some nice seafood dishes.  They are located at Treadwell Bay Marina which is two miles south of us.  There is outdoor seating with views of the marina and Lake Champlain.  (518) 562-1003  Seasonal restaurant.

Enzo’s Restaurant: A sister restaurant of Dominic’s that is open all year located in the downtown Plattsburgh area.  Features same Tuscan Italian menu options with outside seating in the summer months.  (518) 310-3494

Happy Pike Ice Cream and Snack Bar: Located approximately 3 miles north of the lodge at 559 Lake Shore Rd at Monty’s Bay on Lake Champlain.  Great casual eatery with outdoor seating and views on Lake Champlain.  They offer burgers, sandwiches, salads and other grilled foods. Very good ice cream selection. Beer and wine are also available.  (518) 846-3423 Only open in the summer.

Himalaya Restaurant:  They specialize in Tibetan, Bhutan and Nepalese cuisine and take considerable pride in the fact that it is true home-cooking.  The momo’s are very good and they also have a variety of vegetarian choices.  Closed Sunday and Monday Located at 78 Margaret St       (518) 772-7034

Hobies Sports Den:   In downtown Plattsburgh this restaurant is known for it’s nice selection of craft brews on tap.  They have a pub menu featuring pizza, wings and sandwiches.  The Montreal Smoked meat sandwich is excellent.  You can get it made as a reuben too.  Located at 68 Margaret St  (518) 562-1000

Koffee Kat: This is the place for a good cup of java.  It has a most comfortable atmosphere.  The shop is styled with a contemporary funky look involving lots of yellows and purples.
