The Point Au Roche Lodge is open all year round and reservations can be made up to a year in advance. It is recommended that reservations be made as far in advance from your desired dates as possible, especially during the summer months. A deposit of 50% of your stay is necessary to reserve a room and may be paid by check, credit card or cash.

In the event you need to cancel your reservations, a cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits will be refunded less a 10% processing fee for reservations cancelled with at least 14 days notice.

Cancellations received less than 14 days notice will only be refunded if we are able to resell the room for the entire reserved period less a 10% processing fee.

Guests who cancel all or part of their reservation with less than 48 hours will be financially responsible for the entire reserved period.

Check-in is 3 PM to 6 PM. Please make prior arrangements for later arrivals.

Check-out is 11 AM.

A full breakfast is prepared daily and served between 8AM and 9AM. Coffee and Tea are available by 7AM.

The lodge welcomes children over the age of 8.

Smoking is not permitted in the lodge and no pets are allowed.

In order to fully experience the peacefullness of our lodge and to truly "get away from it all", our guest rooms are not furnished with televisions.

Lake Champlain region is a great place to explore on bikes or by kayaks.
The landscapes are made up with views of Lake Champlain, the Champlain Islands and the Green Mountains of VT.
The Lodge now offers both bike and kayak rentals.

Full day rental $45.00 / 1/2 Day Rental (4hours) $25.00
